Our patent attorneys are authorised to represent our clients directly before the German Patent and Trade Mark Office, the European Patent Office and the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO, responsible for EU trade marks and EU designs). When representing our clients before national patent offices abroad, we co-operate with a network of foreign colleagues of whom we know from many years of co-operation that they know their business and that they do so at moderate costs.

In cases in which we are not authorised to represent clients under the German Patent Attorney Act, in particular in cases of infringements of intellectual property rights, we consult external attorneys who are specialised and recognised for the legal matter in question. We constantly work with a number of law firms that are recognised law firms whose experience in the field of intellectual property rights is outstanding and who therefore guarantee our clients the best advice and enforcement of their rights. Of course, we are also happy to co-operate with law firms that are our clients' in-house lawyers or are recommended to us by them.
